"Purchased a Wowcher voucher for filler on an area of choice made my appointment Unfortunately when I got to my appointment I was turned away because the salon refused to do my fillers not giving me a reason just saying sorry we can’t do it ? They tried to accuse Wowcher of misleading information despite still running the advert and me pre booking with them in advance? I spent time and money on a Uber to get to the Cilnic only to be turned away ! I had a bit of difficulty to receive a refund back . Basically this salon discriminated against me for there own personal reasons???!! They are just not a professional business. I would not recommend and I will definitely not be booking any further treatments with them"

"So unprofessional, I drove from south west London for her to tell me as soon as I arrive that she can’t proceed with my treatment as there was a leakage. I called five minutes before my appointment for directions but she did not have the courtesy to inform me about this then. Very disappointed I won’t be returning."
