"My wife and her Canadian friend went to the Concepto Clinic in Ealing on Saturday, 15 Jan 21, and made a face to face appointment for the next day, 16 Jan. The time was set for 1400 hours on Sunday, 16 Jan. On Sunday at 1400 hours the two went to the clinic and rang the doorbell. The clinic was shut. The doorbell rang out and ended with a request to leave a message. There was no sign on the door about why it was shut or phone number for an explanation. It advertises a seven day service!!!!! A phone call to complain went to a central call centre which appears to have no contact with the Ealing clinic and so could not provide an explanation as to why the clinic appears to be shut. All I received was a limp comment that she would tell her manager. As our Canadian friend had flown to UK to spend some precious time with her son, the Concepto booking looked perfect as the best use of her time. But now she has to find an alternative clinic at very short notice and waste her valuable time with her son. With such an apparent lackadaisical approach to keeping appointments , I find it difficult to recommend Concepto Clinic as the place for Covid travel tests. Unfortunately this review system has no option for leaving a zero star rating"

"My mum is awaiting her day 8 test result over 48hours. She called today and they said they would get back to her and no attempt to contact her. Shes now still in quarantine day 11. What do you pay for then? You comply to the rules and these clinics lets you down. They wont offer a refund though, interesting that."

"I was very impressed with your service. A very professional nurse took my PCR sample. She also was quite chatty and did not mind being questioned about the different Covid tests available. As I am somewhat disabled she accompanied me to the lift and ensured I was safe to leave the building."

They have been very courteous and compassionate, listening to all our concerns about the risk to not having the results in time. The clinic was very easy to find, very clean and the nurse was professional and efficient. Highly recommend."
