"On the way to my scheduled appointment, I received a call saying that the person doing my treatment did not show up and if I could change the appointment time. I instead decided to ask for a refund, and was told that management approval would be needed first for it to be processed. Four days later, I called customer service, and was assured my refund would be processed that day. Since then, I've dealt with 3 different customer service reps who have assured me it will be handled by 'senior management' as a 'matter of urgency' - however it's now been 3 weeks and I still do not have a refund. Strongly recommend to avoid the Kingston branch of this clinic! Had good experiences at Richmond and Shepherds Bush."
