"I had a scan here back in 2021 and never complained at the time however when I think back to this experience, it still leaves me quite upset, which has prompted me to leave a review. The lady was clearly an experienced Sonographer but I found her to be very cold and quite curt. I arrived with a full bladder as advised to do on the confirmation email received, however I was told off for being so full. I still remember the lady practically scolding me and asking why I had drunk so much when I didn’t need to for a scan past 12 weeks. When the scan started and I saw my baby, I excitedly said to my husband ‘Oh wow it’s in a different position to when we last saw!’ (This was my first pregnancy, I had only had one scan previously and seen the baby in one position so naturally I was excited). The sonographer quite rudely replied ‘It’s a baby, they move, they don’t just stay still.’ Very uncalled for and unnecessary. We booked a 16 week gender reveal scan and when revealing the gender to us there was no congratulations or enthusiasm at all- just a curt ‘It’s a boy.’ I was then quickly shown my baby in 4D, told to dress and then ushered out. Honestly, I had much better experiences with all my scans on the NHS- gentle, kind and reassuring staff. Especially considering you pay for these private scans, service like this is appalling. I definitely won’t be returning here if I need a scan in the future and I urge people to read the reviews before booking at this branch. We left feeling so upset, the only thing that made the experience somewhat worth it was the beautiful images we received of our baby. I still remember that awful feeling to this day, over a year later."

"Appalling service. If i can give them below zero star i would. I need to reschudle my scan , i have tried many calls but all were un answered for 3 days. And day before scan my call was picked and i asked about cancellation or resche. The lady over the phone told me if i would cancel i would not recived refund hoever she can reschule it for next week. I had asked for afternoon appounmnts she said me she only had early morning appointments. I have booked it that but next day i had visited there website the afternoon appointment were avaible. And i had called again asked for cancellation. The lady was so rude she did not inform me anything , did not communicate with me. Its been more than 20 days i was still waiting for refund and i had called them asked for a refund and I’m still waiting, the advamce booking was non refundable. Awful! Awful reception, awfull service, awful environmnet."

"Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this clinic. We actually ended up leaving before the scan began. You get to the clinic by walking through a large health club past people using gym equipment, going swimming, and heading to a spa. If you received any sad news at your appointment it would be a really difficult environment to have to exit through. The sonographer was 10 minutes late which I found concerning because I would have expected them to be there before the appointment setting up, getting ready etc. The clinic has no reception, just a couple of chairs squeezed into a very small corridor. It therefore doesn’t feel very welcoming which made me anxious. When the sonographer did arrive she didn’t apologise for being late, didn’t even look at me which again felt really unwelcoming. I wasn’t asked any questions about my health, my pregnancy, if I’d had any previous scans etc. The whole thing didn’t give me a good feeling and so we left. I just didn’t feel it was worth risking having a negative scan experience especially as I ended up feeling quite anxious and tearful. Others may have a totally different experience here but my experience wasn’t good unfortunately."

"I went to the Chiswick branch for a 16 week reassurance scan and while the sonographer was obviously experienced, she was really cold and curt. It was naturally a very exciting time for me to see my baby, but she rushed through it all and when I asked questions she was very curt with me - I actually felt scolded for asking about my child's development and was pretty taken aback. There was no one waiting after me, and yet I was rushed out so quickly. It felt like they couldn't wait to get rid of me and it took away from the overall excitement of the experience. When I was at 10 weeks, I had a private scan at a different clinic and the experience was amazing! The sonographer was so lovely and patient. The only reason I came here was because it's closer to home, but I won't be returning and I definitely wouldn't recommend."
