"I bought boots from them and the sole was falling off in the first 2 weeks I connected them asking for help on what to do they asked for pictures so I sent them pictures of the boots. They then ignored me so i emailed them again asking if they received the picture and all my emails now go to there spam files I’ve tried multiple times but it keeps going to spam"
