"Really struggled to get a response though out the process, not great customer survive. A section of my kitchen was wrong as well but not sure if that was howldens or the builders. Sadly overall I couldn’t recommend."

"Purchased a kitchen from here during the Summer. Chris was most helpful and took the time to make a plan for the kitchen, which we agreed upon. However, the fitters did not follow the plan and the result is a badly fitted kitchen. They made changes without consulting us, and they weren't changes for the better!!! We are very disappointed and upset. Although Howdens can't be blamed for this as we chose fitter, they are well known to Howdens."

"After much deliberation we purchased a kitchen from here. The rep who measured uo was very helpful who's name I sadly forget. When our kitchen was delivered, our builder from Smith & Sons builders but allegedly working freelance said the instruction book/plans were missing( along with some panels it turned out his boss had them at home). Calling Howdens and being promised the return call that never came on more than one occasion was a pain. Before this kitchen installation was finished, we called a halt to any further work and completed it ourselves. Avoid general builders when having a kitchen installed, no matter what experience they claim to have as carpenters and get a kitchen installation team to do it otherwise you need up likevus, having to refit things correctly. Howdens were great to deal with during this stressful time."
