"I bought a mattress 3 weeks a go ..I asked them for an extra firm. I did not care about the price. I spend 850 on sale which they said was £1200.They recommended me one then I ordered. After 3 weeks waiting. They send me a very soft mattress...it is Their bussiness and they told me we do not refund or cancel or change because we are sure about our products quality. It is totally different which you see in showroom and order with which they deliver it. It is shame ...I could spend 300 somewhere else for the same mattress...it is extra SOFT not extra firm...NEVER EVER RECOMMEND."
