"Terrible service I will never be using Goldstar again. They have poor customer service and I’ve had problems with them on numerous occasions. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but today is the last day I will be using them. I asked for a link multiple times for my taxi and the man on the phone hung up on me continuously and purposefully. Not only that but the cab driver was rude and had no manners, disgusting. Better you use a different service than use this rubbish service. And for that I will be giving a 1 star. Sort it out."
"Worst response in Rotherham. Spoke to a man and ordered a taxi. Was told 20-25 mins. After 30 mins my wife phoned just to see how long it would be and the response was ' god knows when it will be'. This has happened a few times. Avoid them and use Martin or Phoenix. They are so much better."
