"Well....i trued to use their service! I tried to call for a taxi in bad weather! The guy on the end of the phone was disgraceful and rude! His customer service skills were none existent and think he needs to learn some manners! Awful taxi service!"

"I usually order a taxi everyday but today I ordered a taxi and after waiting 10 -15 minutes outside I was inforned my taxi was outside, which it wasn't before receiving a text that they had cancelled my booking. As such I requested another taxi (now making me late for work) which when it eventual showed up I was informed that despite asking for a taxi that takes card reader that he doesn't have one and would have to pay on link which was double the price I pay every other day. I'm appalled by this and will be finding another taxi company for the future."

"Booked taxi from Meadowhall Interchange was told it would be 15-20 minutes. It arrived within 10 minutes. Service was pleasant and driver was pleasant and a very careful driver. So my experience was very good."

"booked a taxi for 8:15 the following day, the next day they didnt show up and when we called to ask where the taxi was they told me to wait when the driver was free. when i explained that i booked the taxi to take my son to school they told me to wait until the taxi was free and hung up the phone in my face. they were rude, late and didnt show up. If you have a problem dont bother calling them about it."

"Order with the same taxi company, the same place at the same time each night after work. The customer service phone operators are downright rude and disrespectful. I was told to ‘give the right time next time’ forcefully, however, I say the same time each night. Four times now the taxi has come a hour before; a hour after and so on."
