"we have purchased our kitchen from wrens, Romford recently and the whole experience has been so amazing. great customer service, i love the product, the staff is very helpful and understood my requirement, Navneeta in Romford branch helped me and she has been amazing from the start. She is very polite, understood exactly what i was looking for and i had to change my plan many times and she patiently handled it very well. Navneeta, throughout has provided a first class experience and she has got above and beyond as what was require from her. i had no problem with delivery. great advice was given to me. i highly recommend wrens kitchen. Also, Elysha from head office is amazing as well. we had issue with another new order and it was quickly handled and dealt with. i was very grateful for the service on that day."

"I designed and purchased my kitchen from Wren in Romford. From the very first day I received an excellent service. My designer Raju Uddin was on par with my vision of what I wanted my kitchen to look like. He designed my dream kitchen. There were some obstacles due to the available space but Raju always had a solution or two up his sleeves. His knowledge of all Wren (and non Wren) products was excellent so finding solutions was very easy. The kitchen was delivered on the day we selected and in the timeframe that was selected. The delivery guys were very professional. They unloaded the lorry quite quickly and brought everything into the house. Post delivery the customer services team were excellent. there were a few damages (very minor). When I reported them to customer services (via the app) the replacements were delivered within a day or two. Overall, I cannot fault Wren for anything. The whole experience was superb. "Wren are a fantastic company, they are patient, they listen to what you have in mind, your vision and the type of kitchen you want. Raj Gill was my kitchen designer at the Romford branch and I must say he is very creative and works magic with the space you have to create a magnificent kitchen. He would show and design different ideas and nothing was too much. He ensured I was happy with every little detail. I like Raj's style as there was no sales pressure at all and he did not even know that I would at the end of all his hard efforts purchase the kitchen from Wren. Raj works with a great team, they are so professional, and if he was unavailable, one his colleagues would ensure my query or question was dealt with efficiently and quickly. I am extremely happy with my new kitchen and spend hours admiring it. I am pleased with the money I have spent. I would 100% recommend family and friends to the store if they were going to purchase a new kitchen."

"Consultation, design and purchase 5* Dealt with Raju Uddin from Romford Branch. Considering this was all done during lockdown, so virtually all completed remotely, he was very helpful and made the whole process easy and we were really happy with the design and the end result. He encouraged some additions which I am very glad we took up. Delivery, after sales service and quality 3* A few items were either missing or damaged which took a bit of time to sort out but customer services were very good. Any problems were sorted out but unfortunately there were a few of them. All good now and the kitchen looks great but I think the painted finish is not particularly robust. We have already noticed paint coming off edges and corners here and there, that need touching up with the supplied pen. Overall I have always said the measure of a company is not whether a problem occurs but how they deal with it and on that front Wren are very good. The kitchen looks great and the design process is simple and painless. Overall I would recommend Wren but I am concerned about the longevity of the painted finish. Time will tell."
