We bought a pre loved Kitchen to fit in with the aesthetics we wanted for our kitchen and enough units to cover our needs. We are delighted with the outcome."

"Purchased a granite top kitchen from this company. Buyers beware! Don’t do it. Everything seemed fine with the order although the images provided were a little vague, we took the risk for a kitchen we wouldn’t have afforded brand new. We took their recommendation on the delivery company shortly after paying for the kitchen and we’re assured they were a professional outfit. ‘Designer Dismantles Ltd’ we’re far from professional. They assured me they would have a lifting device for the granite top and that the weaker holes around the hob and sink would be secured. When the rental van and 3 lads turned up there was no such device. I was chased for payment again and again before they set off and agreed at 50% before and 50% after delivery. Once the van arrived a day late they immediately asked for 50% payment as the van was being unloaded. ‘Alarm bells ringing’. The whole kitchen was wet and had been loaded in the rain but the main problem was the granite top. Completely cracked but covered in ‘supporting tape’. They were clearly hiding the cracks and hence wanted payment before I saw them. We now have quotes to repair the worktop, almost half of what the kitchen cost in the first place. Truly dissapointed. Will either company recompense us for a cracked kitchen? Unlikely. Never again."
