"Avoid this branch and use one of the many other Magnet branches available. The delivery came incomplete and without any follow up from the branch. This was then followed up by staff lying to other staff about what they had done to resolve the issue, numerous phone calls, failed responses to emails and the ultimately refusal to follow through what was discussed and agreed on the phone. Lack of professionalism. Right from the sales team to management. There is a reason why the branch is so quiet and has poor or no reviews."

"AVOID THIS BRANCH!!! Chris Jaques literally STOLE 80£ after returning some ironmongery bought the day before, which he advised was suitable for fire doors (but it wans´t). Very rude on the phone, even shouted at me. I spoke also with the manager of the branch Dave Leblanc, who literally told me " We do not know anything about Building Regulations and you are not getting back your refund" but when being there several times to sort this out Chris and Dave were giving advice to people about how to install materials to comply with Building Regulations.... Spoke with a very rude lady on customer service, who was going to call me back. After 1 week still waiting... My builder managed to get a refund ticket and got my money back, after Dave Leblanc insisted several times that I was not entitled to get it; EVEN WITH THE TICKET REFUND!!!"

"Never would recommend this branch. I am not sure if all branches are like this one but this particular one messed me around to the limit. They said they can do this, do that but when I finally came to pay they increased the initial price without informing me beforehand. The delivery came incomplete and I tried contacting them but this time they only responded once a week to the hundred of emails I sent.and they didnt even solve my problem I had with the kitchen units. Then I tried complaining but the Ineffeciant managing staff did not want to help me nor did they apoligise for the lack of proffesionalism. Right from the sales team to management."
