"I have been with this surgery and my doctor for over 25 years. I am very happy with the practice and the services they offer. Most of the reception staff are pleasant and helpful except for 1 or 2 who seem to have a bit of an attitude. That's the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5."

"I do really understand that things are bad at the moment but I've had no help from the practice at all. I phoned the practice yesterday twice to talk to a GP as I have concerns about my elderly father. I live in France so the surgery cannot call me back. I get that and have no problem in phoning you. First call I explained that my dad had fallen at home 4 times in the last 48 hours and needed looking at. She told me to phone back at 4pm so I could speak to the on call Dr. I phoned back at 4 and had to explain again. The receptionist asked if the Dr had been told by first receptionist if I was phoning. I dont think so I said. Well you can't speak to a Dr then. So today I phoned again to see if I could make a telephone appointment with his actual GP. No you have to ring at 08.30 to request a call back. So 3 days will have gone by and I'm still no nearer getting help for my 80 year old frail Dad. Then people wonder why we loose faith."
