"In regards to the community dental team: The 1st appointment was sent with less than a weeks notice stating someone with perantal responsibility needs to attend. Sorry but I dont know many work places that will accept less than 1 week notice for appointments. Therefore I rearranged this to a suitable time where I knew I was able to get time off work, they then called 2 days prior to rearranged to an earlier time (am compared to pm) so I arranged another appointment, another Friday afternoon, again the lady at the reception called to 'see if I can come in earlier' 3 days prior to the appointment, to which I replied no as I have already made arrangements with work. On both occasions the receptionist told me it was getting cancel due to staff availability and part of me think it's just because the dentist wants to go home early on a Friday afternoon. To top it off, I've got a letter today stating I missed my appointment at 9:45, when I clearly stated on the phone I was very unhappy and I will have to get back to them to rearranged due to work."

"Got a parking fine for taking a child to an appointment incontinence clinic this isn't my doctors, so was unaware of the procedure and no member of staff informed me about the parking situation, what kind of doctors surgery would employ cowboy parking firm. They must get a percentage of the fines."

"Requested a sick note told it would be ready Friday after several calls was told the dr wasn't in so call back monday then the person(would be rude to call a receptionist) hung up Drs are nice if you can get past the bouncers at the desk the place is a joke"

"Some great GPs and nurses however they have made a complete mess of my health as due to negligence by a GP It caused me to lose my memories and suffer with retrograde and anterograde amnesia along side this I lost my cognitive function and also when I reported this matter they chose to ignore it and suggested I go to another GP health centre. Other than this I've had some great experiences there however the majority has been poor experiences even being assaulted by a former GP hasn't helped me trusting them while recovering"
