"Why did they turn the e-consult off? Now I simply cannot get through on the phone, it's a busy tone, not even a queue system! I can't visit in person as I work full time. There is literally no way for me to even enquire about an appointment, it's so stressful!"

"Im sorry but murdishaw health centre are a complete joke!!! Why pay a receptionist when they dont do their jobs properly!!! You contacted me on the 6th of december telling me that youve had to cancel my astma appointment and to call you back to rearrange for another, 14 days later and you still wont pick up the phone to me!!! Im telling you now anything happens to me i WILL be pointing my finger towards you!!!! Absolute joke!!!"

"I've found the staff pleasant to deal with, and the clinician are fine at their job, but due to the APPALLING phone system which means you can't get through and have to continually redial for HOURS rather than wait in a queue it gets 1 star from me. It would be extremely easy to get the phone company to set up a longer call waiting queue, but have they done that? No. Of course not. This is why the NHS will end up being privatised. Because of NHS staff failing to address simple customer satisfaction matters like this."

"I dont normally complain about the nhs, but after queuing outside the centre since 730am to make sure I got an appointment, when I got in and asked the receptionist to see a 'doctor' she put me down to see a paramedic. I then had to fight with her to see a doctor. This is the second time this has happened with this receptionist on Monday morning. After her probing questions about personal health issues. It's easier to get an appointment with the dentist and that's saying something. Doctor O'Hare is the only good thing about this practice. He is brilliant. Sadly it is very difficult to see him."
