"We were eager to sample the cuisine at the Royal Gardens hotel after hearing rave reviews about their food. As we entered the establishment, a friendly and well-informed bartender greeted us and provided expert advice on drink choices before leading us to the restaurant. The attentive staff went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable, and the food was simply heavenly, showcasing the expertise of the talented chef and their team. To cap off a perfect meal, we sipped on a delightful English sparkling wine, leaving us excited to return for another indulgent experience. Our heartfelt thanks go out to the outstanding staff who made our visit truly exceptional!"
"I think i may have found my new go to place for London. Right by Kensington Palace and a beautiful hotel. Staff was kind and accommodating and upgraded us to a room with a view! Location was convenient for both the tube and the bus. Very easy to get to and from LHR via the tube. What i loved most about this hotel were the small but meaningful touches: electric outlets for all countries, a heated towel rack, slippers and robes, and shower with good water pressure. Bed was very comfortable as well. I can’t wait to come back some day!"
"Friendly staff. Lovely cosy room with good shower/bath facilities. Afternoon tea was good quality as was the buffet/continental breakfast. Only downsides were parking(car park full on arrival) & late noise from late bars attached to hotel. However, you are situated in a busy City Centre,so allowances have to be made"
"Was very hard to find a place the week of the queen's passing, I had stayed here last minute and was very satisfied. Rooms were impeccably clean, and cleaning service was also very good. The rooms may seem small for Americans but this is normal in London, everything was working excellent, in good shape and most importantly when staying anywhere, it was very very clean which I appreciated, AC worked perfect, excellent fast wifi. Hyde Park is literally next door and on the other side of the street there is tons of shopping, truly every shop one may need...there's luxury and high street fashion, a grocery store, boots etc. The hotel itself is very easy to access with a bus stop across the street and it's perfect mix of private and centrally located. I recommend one to stay here because you can guarantee that it will be clean and also ask for a high floor room to get a nice view of London! :)"
"Such a positive, responsive & helpful staff from desk to housekeeping! Rooms are definitely smaller than described so it'd help to take doors off cabinet & closet. Replace drawers with shelves as there are very few surfaces to use. Shower needs a curtain as the half panel of glass allows much water on floor. Creates a risky situation getting out over the high side of tub. Good bed, pillows, linens. Quiet & safe made for sound sleep. Coffee packets tasted nasty. TV, wifi, lighting & phone good. Replace the carpet with vinyl or other to clean well between guests. Quick response to issues with toilet & kettle not working. Location was inconvenient as it's not within walking distance to most sites. Close to bus & tube lines. Building clean, safe & well-maintained."
