"Very bad customer service from all three sales persons on the 4/05/2022 1. One sales person was talking on the phone the entire time, even when customers were trying to get an answer from her, she wouldn’t acknowledge the customer and continue talking on the phone. 2. Rude sales person. She needs home training. Has no idea how to talk to customers. When you express your feelings towards her attitude she doesn’t see what she has done wrong and brushes it off. She has no knowledge of how to do anything behind the till. She doesn’t know how to give an email receipt nor does she know how to return an item. Smh 3. Third sales person.. don’t have anything to say tbh. She’s just as daft as the other two. Mamas & Papas needs to take a good look at this branch. Send a secret person from corporate to look that the behaviour of your staff at this branch."

"Been in the store yesterday an hour before closing, I understand that the stuff are bored and ready to go home , but it was one more hour of trading and while I was there for a solid 30 min , wondering around none of 3 members approached nor acknowledged me. Instead they were kracking jokes and playing. I had better experiences another days. We come to the store to spend money and get a great experience. Wish to have it next time."

"While on the surface this store is great if you know what you're buying. They take advantage of you. They will try and get you to buy as. Much. As. They. Can. It's predatory. While seeming helpful they really pull the wool over your eyes. Had to spend a day away from my newborn returning and refunding faulty/ unnecessary products. Avoid the shop at all costs and go elsewhere."
