"Only collect my prescription from here ...overly nice assistant who constantly identifies me as a 'Miss' I, on numerous occasions tell her I am not a Miss. The only staff member that has great customer service, in my opinion, is a female pharmacist,black hair, who I had spoken to a few months back who was amazing in answering my health queries and was very confident in understanding in here response to my questions etc. Today I asked a simple question about my meds, the box had change to the point where it looked like a recycled box and not a company printed box. The, male, phamacist reply just was unacceptable with a condesending tone,so, I advised him to not insult my intelligence in the same manner and tone he dealt me..(He eventually answered my question and now I am confident in taking the medication they have provided in a plain box..simple! (Let see the reply if any...this forum is compliment, complain and praise and that is what I have done simple. all people in customer service roles should talk to their customers properly and most of the time you will get a good response. I entered spoke nicely was handed my meds. open the bag. Asked the question... well (Sorry long complaint)"

"Our new pharmacy where we receive our perscipitions from. Nice and friendly staff and our medication was already made up when we entered the pharmacy. Not like our old chemist Lloyd's who had treble the amount of staff and people still had to wait 20 minutes plus for their medication. Highly Recommended to everyone who requires a decent service."
