"By the time we were due to arrive the club was snowed in and a skeleton staff had stayed behind when the rest were sent home in case we arrived as we had been driving from south Wales. Overnight there was six more inches of snow but staff who lived locally walked up to the club to make sure we had breakfast and cleared the drive so that we could get to our appointment. We can not speak too highly of the staff who went our of their way to ensure what was to be a difficult visit went as smoothly as possible. If we need to stay in the area we always book here as the accommodation is of a very high standard the location is fantastic and the staff are great."
"Food great and have it on good authority that the Dormy house is fantastic for a bunch of friends. Apparently has 8 double/twin rooms. Eat in the hall. The golf is really good. A test but one I enjoyed and would enjoy better a 2nd time."
"One of the top Golf clubs in Huddersfield, enjoy a weekend retreat and stay at the country Manor which has several rooms, great food and drinks held in different areas of this 16th Century building. Its always a pleasure to play at Woodsome Hall, staff are very freindly and you wont be disappointed on the hospitality they offer. Look them up and enjoy the countryside retreat..."
