Top-quality knowledge and service, her ability to expertly combine her unbridled passion for the subject matter and warm, soft approachable nature for helping people made my experience at this store impeccable. Natasha calmly dampened my panic. She took control of what I needed, taking the time to explain products and their alternatives to me so that I purchased the appropriate and necessary items for my new dog. Chris (apologies once again, Chris)held down the checkout line masterfully so that Natasha could give me her full, undivided attention in my hour of need! Juno (our dog) completely adores him and is always pulling us around the shop trying to find him. People like Chris are exactly what Pets at Home should be all about. "We went to pets at home and my daughter found her best friend nibbles , she's adorable , would like to say a massive thankyou to the lady who dealt with us not sure on her name but she also had a hampster called egg , she's went above and beyond spent a good half a hour with us to make sure my daughter knew all she had to know about looking after nibbles , carnt thank her enough as she picked my girl the right friend for her , she is so sweet and is a dream , here a couple of pics of my girl and her best friend, she even cuddled up with her and both fall asleep , I love this store all staff are amazing even more so with children."

"I moved further away, but after using a local vets I've come back to Vets4Pets because I have more confidence in their skills. The head vet, Jack, immediately identified major issues that the other vet had missed in our elderly cat who had seemed distressed. Great vets."
