"Good location. Need uplifting a bit and spending some money on the furnitures and building."

"Really lovely friendly, busy, helpful staff, reasonably priced rooms, the buffet dinner was good value simple food. The dessert range was good. The bar has a good range of reasonably priced drinks. The room was a little run down and a couple of things were broken like the toilet flush and the bathroom didn't lock. The floor was really squeaky and the windows didn't open so it was really warm, but there was a fan provided. Tea and coffee in the room. We were allowed to bring our drinks from the bar up. The bed was comfy. Didnt use the gym and pool but they looked nice. Good spacious free parking and in walking distance of other bars/pubs in Stockport. I liked the fancy old-fashioned lift."

"The staff are fantastic at this hotel. I stayed with my dog and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a bit of noise from some of the other rooms but nothing too bad. Mainly young people enjoying themselves so it quietened down after a minute or so."
