Well Pharmacy

"I don't mind the long queues, I get that it gets busy at times. But everytime picking up a repeat prescription and being told to sit and wait 30minutes cos it's never ready. I am always calm mannered and wait quietly. I understand they get busy some people may be a stressful to serve but the lady serving was very abrupt and rude, which is why I'm absolutely shocked. Now hit a record of an hour waiting due to a mess up."

Very knowledgeable and helpful when you have a question regarding your prescriptions too. If you live in the area I can’t recommend them highly enough."

"The staff at Well Pharmacy are friendly and hard-working; always helpful in finding solutions to any problems I have and will go the extra mile to make sure things are ready for when they're needed. The only problem I have had is when a script hasn't been sent through from the GP which is no fault of the pharmacy. Wait times have sometimes been long at peak times (especially Friday afternoons) but this is expected anywhere."

"I love this pharmacy, all the staff are so friendly to me, they work so hard especially with the doctors tripling in size. Yes you do have to wait sometimes but they have a hell of a lot of patients. I think all of the staff are fab, cheeky, entertaining and are high up on my estimation."
