"Absolute god send!! I just wanted to say a massive massive thank you to two of your mobile fitters who were an absolute god send on Saturday evening. We were travelling from Southampton to Brentwood for a weekend away as I am 33 weeks pregnant and figured we won't have the luxury of just escaping once the baby is here! The car decided to tell us we had lost pressure in the rear tyre so as we had run flats we carried on to the nearest service station being Clacket Lane East. Once there the tyre would not inflate so we started calling random companies from Google to come and do what we thought would be a puncture repair. We were having no luck when we had a call back from one of your fitters who was coincidently just pulling into that service station! They had a look at both the rear tyres and advised we needed both replaced. We hadn't actually realised how bad they were as they were due to come off! They spent a while calling places to try and get us some more but had no luck so they took our number and said if we got recovered to where we were going they would try and get us some over the bank holiday weekend and give us a call. Thinking this was the last we would hear from them we called RAC and arranged recovery which was going to be about an hour. Within about half an hour of them leaving we had a call back saying they had found two part worn tyres that would get us on the move again and if we were happy with the price etc he would be back in about 40 mins to fit them. True to their word they came back and in the rain fitted the tyres for us without a single complaint. In total we were at the service station for 3 hours which was made 100% less painful by your two mobile fitters going above and beyond to get us sorted and back on track for the weekend away. We thought they worked for themselves which is why we also thought they were going out of their way to help us in the belief the money would just go straight in their pockets until they said it was not their company and they did infact work for you. So on that note I would just like to say what an absolute credit to your company they are and there was me thinking people like this didn't exist anymore. I would highly recommend your company to anyone else who may happen to be travelling that direction and in need of tyre assistance. Once again many thanks for getting us moving again and allowing us to carry on one of our last weekends away (for a while). Many thanks Leanne"

"A good place to get tires. I found the staff very friendly and professional. I went to buy tiers and they spotted that my track rod end was almost off the car! They spotted it and replaced it. It charged me absolutely nothing. I will surely visit them again. Highly recommend it to all."

"My tyres were mysteriously going down with air every time I pumped them up and I was concerned as I needed to drive to Bristol tomorrow. I called them up early this morning and A1 were here by 2:30pm, changed the 2 troublesome tires in record speed and charged very little! The A1 guys were very friendly, and were very knowledgeable and reassuring, which was nice since I don't know very much about tyres. Brilliant service, I now have them in my phone book and will only be going to them for future tyre repairs. Thank you A1, you are life savers!"
