"I went to this establishment this afternoon and i asked for grade one on the side faded up and an inch off the top but the sides haven't been faded and it's just all one length. i think the man made a mistake as he kept getting further up. also when he was cutting the top he seemed to keep cutting more and more off. i don't know if it was an honest mistake but i dont think ill be back which is sad as it is very affordably priced :/"

"Worst customer service and horrendous attitude. Attended this salon yesterday wanting a restyle. Waiting for an hour, just to be messed around by staff and ended up not having my cut. Around 20 minutes of waiting, I was approached by one of staff who asked what I would like to get done and I showed her a picture of a pixie hairstyle and she said she can not do pixie hair cut but someone else can and I have to wait for them to become available. So I waited for the next available staff, showed her a picture of PIXIE (not bob, PIXIE) hairstyle and she was like “ohhhh, you’re having a restyle? I can’t do this because I’m finishing in 10 minutes, someone else can do it for you”. She went back to the same girl who told me she can mr do pixie and told her to do a BOB haircut for her and came back and told me to wait for her again. So I waited for her just to tell me that she can do BOB HAIRCUT, NOT PIXIE. She went back to the other hairdresser stating that I changed my hair style, when I didn’t even wanted a Bob in the first place. I was then told that we can’t do this hairstyle for you because everyone’s busy and you have to come back in the morning with attitude and claiming I changed my hairstyle! Informing me that there are people waiting when I waited an hour with my newborn baby just to be messed around by lazy people with limited skills of just cutting split ends! Unfortunately, they lacked the ability to read or see properly as well as the name and the hair style showed to them was clear that it wasn’t a BOB!! Also you may question why I called them lazy, well, if you have 10 minutes to finish, then you should start to pack your stuff, sanitise your equipments and clean your station, rather than to proceed doing another haircut which did take longer than 1 minutes and she had another hair to do straight after that haircut. Furthermore, staff should colour/toner or cut each others hair when salon it’s not busy, however, they cared more about themselves then they cared about customers. Please note that customers can see your facial expression, specially when you are talking among yourself and can see that you are talking behind their back. I know this may come as a shock to the staff as they think just because they can’t see or read properly, customers can’t either. Having shared my experience, I have to say, I am very grateful to be messed around, rather than having a haircut which wasn’t what I requested. Therefore, I’m happy for realising how terrible they are before having a haircut."

"Great hairdressers, been coming here for ages. Used to be known as HB Club, now known as Hair Design Club (I assume under new management). Can be really busy during peak times/days and hard to get a spot without waiting a while, which is testament to how good it is. When you can get a spot, service is quick and efficient yet still top quality. Value for money is great, prices are cheap and the results are great - especially for a men's haircut. Cheers!"
