Viki always greats with a big smile and a cuppa. Prices are so good and service even better. Nothing is to much for Viki she’s always willing to do what the customer wants. "Been here 3 times now, first 2 times were fine no problems at all, then my most recent time was 3 weeks ago, I was told to arrive at 10am, when I got there it was closed (manager called and told me to go and get breakfast and she will be there at 11), had my hair done and it looked no different I had t-section foils which when I had them last time they were £45 and on the price list. My hair looks ginger In places where she hasn’t gone over it properly, I messaged and asked why I was charged £60 this time and got no response. I would’ve hoped for the same Price I paid last time if not a little less because of the issues. It took 3 and half hours for t-section foils and my bleach was left on for far too long and now my hair is damaged and frail. I wanted to resolve these issues with the manager Vicky however she hasn’t responded to me. She’s not a bad hair stylist but just needs to prioritise her customers and give correct pricing and also manager her time better because now I’m having to pay elsewhere to fix the damage after already being overcharged here."
