"It was my first time coming into this place to get my eyebrows done. House of beauty and nails looks nice and clean. Shame about the woman at the till couldn't even crack a smile. Unfortunately she had done my eyebrows. Before she was about to start on my brows I mentioned twice that I only want it tidy and not to lose the thickness. She got it right on the first brow but the second brow she messed up. I can't believe she acted like nothing was wrong. It was obvious, she made it thin!! She walked off while i was still trying to make her see, I was very disappointed. Disgusting attitude right from the start. thank you for this experience here at House of beauty. I'll make sure not to step foot in here again."

"Very annoyed. Got some beautiful green nails done for xmas holidays but they started chipping and peeling the next day. Went back as soon as I could to try and sort them and was told they would replace the nails that were peeling but I thought it was pointless because the others had started to as well so it would have been a waste. I saw a lovely gold I wanted to replace them with but was told I had to pay at least 20. In the end I had them removed and still had to pay 10 pounds to do that! I paid 30 pound for those green nails which were only on for 2 days and then 10 pounds to have the peeling nails taken off and I did not get anything back. I've been a few times and service is usually very very good and the nails have normally lasted at least a month so very disappointed. If it wasn't for te lady who does my eye brows perfect every time I would not be coming back."

"Always come here for nails and eyebrows. Always receive and excellent service and staff are friendly. I always go in with a picture of a design and they make sure it matches. If I’m unhappy with one of the nails they’re more than happy to re do it. Always clarify the price before beginning. Eyebrows are always perfect and all eyebrow staff are friendly. Would never go anywhere else!"

"I normally get my nails done from here regularly. However, from my experience from Thursday night I won't be going back. Asked for a gold gel nails and ended up with a gel tip that looked as if I'd eaten a curry with my hands. It was awful. The man there was really abrupt and rude, could tell he just wanted to finish work. I had just done a 12 hour shift myself and wanted to relax and treat myself but i felt really awkward and uncomfortable and just wanted to leave. I have also now got a fungal infection on one of my nails so I will not be touching this salon again."
