She has a bubbly personality and me feel comfortable and at ease . She explained the whole process to me , took her time and made my eyebrows look utterly beautiful! The set up at the brow bar was clean and hygienic ,health and safety standards adhered too. Benefit brow bar is the way forward !"

"I wanted to get my eyebrows tinted before my wedding, and I had heard that the Benefit counters were a great place to get them down, and after my experience, I couldn't agree more! I booked in with Maddie and she was so lovely and helpful. She listened to what I wanted and was so friendly. The tiny was perfect, I didn't want to go too dark so what Maddie did was great for me. She then shaped my brow by tweezing, which I never knew how much I needed a good eyebrow! Just before I left she gave me some samples to try, which came in handy on my wedding as I was doing my own makeup. Can't recommend Maddie and this counter enough! I'll definitely be back!"
