"Spent a weekend at the Gardens Hotel. The hotel is centrally located, close to tram stops, the railway station and the main shopping areas. There are three good museums within 20 minutes of the hotel as well as plenty of places to eat! The hotel itself was great - the room (117) was spacious and clean, with a TV, tea & coffee making facilities and very good shower. The cooked breakfast was very good, and the hotel staff friendly and helpful. On our final day we were allowed to store our luggage there while we spent our final day in Manchester. Only negative point is that there is a pub and a nightclub behind the hotel that can get noisy! But despite that, I would happily come back to stay here and can definitely recommend this hotel!"
"I spent two nights at the Gardens Hotel. Enjoyable experience. The room was neat and well lighted. The room service was hood and the staff were friendly and polite. The bath was clean and the kettle in the room was quite helpful. The only complaint is about the mat on the floor. It was a bit dusty. The location is great especially during holidays which you prefer to stay in the city center. All the markets are in reach and easily accessible"

"Right on the doorstep of everything. A bit dated but had everything we needed. Stayed 2 nights and got the 3rd night free. Had a breakfast which was good and fresh. Unlimited tea and coffee. Staff very polite and friendly. All in all a pleasant stay and will definitely stay again."
