Grains Bar Hotel
● Open“Arrived for a family wedding . The staff are lovely and made everyone very welcome. Well done ladies! The rooms are very clean and some have fantastic views-we had a double room (number 11). The wedding room was so pretty and the whole thing was just lovely. Our food was absolutely delicious and I have to say that the garlic mushrooms on sour dough toast (starter) was fabulous! For breakfast we opted for the cooked option which was really nice and there was a veggie option too. The location is wonderful for people wanting dramatic outdoor photos with lovely scenery in the background. It was just lovely .”

Hotel Indigo Manchester - Victoria Station, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We have stayed here a few times over the last couple of years and it is always a great experience. Clean, modern rooms and a good bar/restaurant. Perfect location for events at the AO Arena or if arriving via train into Manchester Victoria. Car parking is £15.00 for 24 hours (a five minute walk from the hotel). Lastly, the staff have always been friendly and professional. All in all it’s a great hotel in a great location for visiting central Manchester.”
-
The Cow Hollow Hotel
● Open“Great service and welcome. Right in the centre of the Northern Quarter with plenty of local bars and restaurants. The breakfast delivered to the room was about right and there is also a small lounge in the basement with a hot drinks machine. It's a boutique hotel so it has character and the rooms are quite compact with a comfy bed and good shower.”

Hotel Motel One Manchester-Royal Exchange
● Open“Very reasonable price and fantastic location. Room was spotless and good amenities. Iron and ironing board provided on request. Free wifi and tv in each room. Also spotless. If I had to fault, the maid walked in in the morning at 8am, she did knock and walk in but I didn’t think I would need to put the “don’t clean” sign on the door as we were only staying one night. But overall a pleasant experience and would definitely stay again!”
-
Premier Inn Manchester City Centre West hotel
● Open“As always, the same high standard as I have come to expect from Premier Inn. The room was immaculate and the staff were very friendly. The hotel was a good base, just a short walk from Spinningfields and the cocktails we had enjoyed earlier in the night. The hotel also had an option to store luggage once we checked out. They asked for a donation for this, which we gladly paid as all the money went to their chosen charity!”

Holiday Inn Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel
● Open“I needed a place to stay for one night, close to the airport, and this Holiday Inn proved to be a great choice. Not only it's close to the airport/train station (so you don't really need a taxi if you are travelling light) but it's also new, beautifully designed, clean and with lots of different tasty choices for breakfast. I've also had dinner at the restaurant and the only thing I would say is that maybe the price was a bit high compared to the portion of the food. Something that I really liked - the eco part - is that the key cards are wooden instead of plastic and the toiletries (shampoo etc.) were in refillable containers.”
-
Native Manchester
● Open“We loved native. It's architecturally really interesting - really great use of this space. The room was beautiful and a lovely place to come back to. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A couple of things that would have made it even better would have been some drawers to put clothes in and a full length mirror. All in all though we had a really great time and will definitely be back.”
-
INNSiDE by Meliá Manchester
● Open“Stayed here recently and it was a treat, from entering the staff were super helpful. The room was incredibly spacious and the shower area is not separated by a wall, so imagine you'd have to be close to the person you're staying with! For me, this wasn't an issue but maybe for some. The gym was great, small but decent kit and the sauna and steam room a total treat too! The breakfast has loads of choice and again, staff very friendly. I would LOVE to go back soon. There is a mini art gallery on the first floor too and it is in a great location, close to Deansgate Station, Oxford Road and so much more.”
-
King Street Townhouse Hotel
● Open“Most relaxing experience. Beautiful facilities and great packages. I enjoyed a head, neck and back massage before making the most of the thermal. Great changing rooms - with a hairdryer and straighteners. Free infused water in the relaxation room and one amazing salt mist room.”
-
Statham Lodge Hotel
● Open“Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. Thank You.”
-
Kimpton Clocktower Hotel
● Open“Beautiful hotel in a great central location. The reception staff were amazing and the room was spotlessly clean. As other reviews have mentioned, there was a lot of noise at night from trains and people out on the town (this isn't something that bothered us personally and is to be expected for the location). I would definitely stay again and had a wonderful time.”
-
Hotel Brooklyn Manchester
● Open“After staying here with my husband in the summer we returned last weekend to celebrate our anniversary. This hotel is really great, central location so easy walking distance to bars/restaurants/shops and just round the corner from Chinatown and the Gay Village. Both times the rooms have been lovely, we went for a bigger room the second time we visted as the standard rooms are a bit small (but very comfortable). The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the hotel even set the room up with a special complimentary anniversary treat for us. Breakfast and the bar are both nice too. Price is reasonable for a nice, central hotel and having stayed at a lot of different hotels in Manchester I'd recommend it as a fun place to stay. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again next time we're in the city!”
-
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, St. Peter's Square, Manchester
● Open“Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.”

-

● Open3 Quay Street, Salford M3 3HP, United Kingdom“Very well organised. Nice and clean. Disabled access was good. Bar drink code was adequate and refreshments were available. Excellent idea of being able to order drinks for the interim period so you could just pick them up. Toilets were superbly clean. Such a grand place to visit and experience.”
