"Literally the worst clinic I have been too. So incredible unprofessional and rude. Noone seems to know what they are doing and in that confusion patients suffer. I know there is always more then meets the eye, but sort out whatever is going on there, it's been years of bad service! You are healers for crying out laod. Imberrased for you!"

"Never had issue at reception. The gp is rude there. They don't want to listen the problem. My dad went there to discuss his heart condition with the gp. My dad had bypass 10 months ago. When he came back home his condition got worst after seeing gp because gp didn't listen to him properly and gave him depression. Can someone advise what should we do next change the surgery or is there any high authorities we can request to."

"the worse in the area for getting appointment. .the waiting for getting appointment takes not a call or online filling form it takes days living with your symptoms and it get worse by the time you manage to get advice , especially when you have children and can not go to A&E or walking centers . Other wise the doctors are cleaver and they deal with you properly if you get the chance to see them"

"Absolutely joke cant believe this is the way they operate the surgery. Getting in touch with them is absolutely nightmare every single time you have to be on hold for 30 to 40mins and sometimes even more than that and still 50% of the times they have no appointments and when you speak to them to sort something about like your details as i had problem with my NHS number which was wrong in their account so i had to ring them many times each time they said yes it will be updated but NOTHING SORTED for days and days and have to keep ringing them for the same issue and then instead of me THEY are the one show you the rude/frustrating behaviour !! Being Professional at work doesn’t exist in this surgery."
