"My first impression was that this was a very professional and well run practice. Yes I was made to feel comfortable at my first consultation. However that's where the professionalism ended. I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks to be sent a breakdown of the treatment required. It came eventually. Just a tooth out. Staff very patient with me"
