"My very first home, my brother was born in the Fox 1962.. we have been back a few times to reminisce..whilst there we had a lovely meal, dog friendly..staff pleasant.. great surroundings. Visited again today3rd June ,on a sad note...Mel and family kind and caring ... excellent food , service excellent considering there was 15 of us.... Will be back..xx"

"This is just an amazing pub. Situated really really off the beaten track, it takes effort to get to but you’re rewarded with a proper old school English pub. Top beer and lots of good outside space. Loved it. Went on my bike."

"Nice little traditional family run pub. Does food and has a pool table, as well as sky TV and WiFi. Lovely patio area outside. In ladies bathroom also has lots of useful toiletries for just in case you need them."
