Hands down H-Sport offers the most user friendly tuning device and offer a great customer service, they have so much knowledge to assist with fault finding. There's been so many random questions I've asked them, and they've responded quickly and with simplified answers that anyone can understand.”

“These guys are great! Knowledgeable mechanics with good skills - great quality of works too. Very polite and friendly and you can talk 'bikes' with them just for a sake of it. Prices very good (especially in comparison with Berkshire where I previously lived). Would definitely recommend!”

“Excellent customer service from start to finish. I ordered a 45 degree leg press and my customer service advisor was James Bodman. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and always responded quickly. I was very happy with his service. The leg press itself is outstanding. The build quality and craftsmanship is as good as it gets. The sled glides on the guide rods so smoothly which I believe is down to the bearings Watson use. All in all, a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend buying from them. Yes they are quite expensive but as with all things in life… you pay for what you get!!”

We wanted 4 jackets embroidered and were unsure which jackets to get or how big the logo should be or where it should go. Tony helped and advised with all of this and the end result was incredible. I was looking for a stunt scooter for my 12 year old gransdon and saw some from Tribal that were attractively priced and well engineered. I have no knowledge of stunt scooters but sent a question asking for some advice and was pleasantly surprised to receive an answer promptly even although it was out of normal office hours. An order was placed and free delivery made to Central Scotland by mid afternoon the following day. Incredible service from first point of contact and I now have a very happy grandson.
