I'd been in the store less than 2 minutes when a very cheerful assistant asked if she could help me-so I explained & she searched the store catalogue computer database. In a few minutes she'd found what I wanted & I purchased it. In the 30 seconds it took me to walk from her customer service desk to the collection point counter, another assistant was at the counter complete with my order. The service was EXREMELY quick and both assistants who served me were very helpful & cheerful.”
