The person, Jacob, was so fun, kind and great to chat to and provided me with excellent help. As a young pre-T trans guy, I feel extremely nervous clothes shopping, particularly in shops typically aimed at males. Jacob did not blink an eye at me, was extremely welcoming and made the experience so much better than I could have ever imagined. They treated me like a completely normal person, called me ‘sir’ and just gave me a really pleasant experience. Jacob also has a great sense of fashion and humour! I’m pretty broke first year uni student so I don’t normally spend this much money on clothes, but after the service and how amazingly they found clothes that fit me properly and to suit the occasion, it was well worth spending that extra bit of money.”
