"Just walked out after receiving poor customer service. Walked in with the intention of purchasing my bridal heels, hens outfit, t boots and work shoes. None of the girls bothered to walk over. I had to approach the counter and told to wait. She proceeded to see other people. No one came to check how it went with sizing so I walked out. Very disappointed."
"1st time going to Mt Gravatt SC. Entered the Billini Mt Gravatt store on the 17/12/22, all 3 staff leaning against the counter and not one could be bothered serving. You have to approach them to be greeted and then point out what shoe you want to try on and they begrudgingly go out the back get the shoe and hand it to you with no eye contact and then walk off and continue with their distain of having to work there leaning against the counter talking to each other. Refused to buy any shoes out of principle of complete lack of service. It’s like entering a spend less shoe shop where you serve your self and no service given. Pure disappointment. Actually it was disgraceful, if I owned that shop I would be livid and all staff fired. Was absolutely horrendous service. They did it to all customers that walked in, all the same comments getting made under everyone’s breath, of the rudeness and lack of service. I was floored that you have this type of people working for your shop. If you don’t have any want to work there, then quit and give someone else the job who does want to work. Pac Fair girls rain it all over for service! Well done Pac Fair girls you are probably the only reason why this brand makes money."
