“My kids first started at the Wake Park doing the Boarding School program after school. They picked up wakeboarding fast and absolutely love it. Such a great place to chill and listen to music and watch the kids. Lots of shade, great coffee and facilities. The staff are amazing and always happy to help and answer questions. This has become our second home on weekends!”

“Shapland's at Gaven provide a calm environment for my daughter to learn in. Belinda and Liz in particular have been patient and caring. They are responsible for the progress we have made. Lesson length and sizes are ideal. My daughter can get overstimulated with noise and crowds and we don't experience that at Shaplands. The magnesium pool means no chlorine smells or lingering skin issues. Staff are very responsive around admin tasks. Free make-up lessons are a game changer as we simultaneously navigate swimming lessons and the dreaded child-care illnesses.”

“An absolutely wonderful experience. All indoors, so you don't need to worry about the weather. A fantastic dinner and show package. You will need to check their website about prices, as I was there a year ago. Definitely worth going to.”

“A great beautiful, relaxing place to go for a run or walk. You can bring your dog around the lake area and they have a great dog park as well. They have a cafe and sailing club as well you can stop by if you want a coffee or if you want to rent a sailboat to take out on the water.”

“There is a lovely park here with a basic playground. The BBQ is clean and free to use. You can throw in a line to catch small bream. I would not swim at this location as it is said to be a breeding ground for bull sharks at certain times of the year.”

“Went in mid august and had a fantastic time with my family. Could imagine in peak season the queues would be frustrating but not an issue mid week in August. The app works great aswell and made access easy. Loved it!”

“It’s really good with lots of attractions and rides. I went with my 7 years old son, he absolutely loved it. We did all kids rides and it was fun. You need whole day to enjoy and go to each rides and shows. The stunt show and roxy shows were amazing. If your child is a fan of superheroes and villains, this is the right place.”

“Rhiannon was incredible with our marmoset encounter she told us so much interesting facts and we had a solid 20 minutes with the marmosets just me and my friend. She made sure our experience was super memorable and even let us take video footage too. She was the best ! Luke was a great photographer and also very helpful and even let us look at our photos to see if we wanted to change any to a different one. All the staff were very kind and helpful and understanding. Was a beautiful day and worth every cent. ❤️”
