“I recently sent my two female Tibetan Mastiff's to visit Georgie's Dog Grooming in Nerang and they absolutely loved their visit. Being a double coated breed Georgie understands the need for de-shedding and exceptional grooming skills to maintain their beautiful, thick and shiny coats. Miranda was in a state after I re-homed her. Her coat was neglected, dry and matted. Miranda had hot spots and was sore from the large matts pulling at her skin. Miranda is a very anxious dog having lived a difficult life prior to her re-homing. Georgie spent hours working on Miranda's coat and look at the photo below of the longer coated lady. She is stunning! Her coat was soft and shining when I picked her up. Her fur was rehydrated. She was calm and happy and smelled beautiful. I returned a few weeks later with Rogue and much to my dismay, Rogue was happy for me to leave her with Georgie even having never met Georgie or having never visited a groomer. Rogue loved every minute with Georgie. Georgie found a few small matts behind Rogue's ears which I had missed. Rogue left looking and smelling like a Princess with a bow in her ear. Her coat is lush and thick and shiny. I'm very particular about who I leave my dogs with but feel extremely comfortable with Georgie. She is also a Vet Nurse so has a wonderful way with dogs and definitely understands and loves them. I can highly recommend Georgie'g Dog Grooming for your beloved dog. She is a lovely, honest and down to earth young lady who truly wants to do the best for you dog.”

We groomed more than 80 dogs and had the possibility to practice our skills with a nice variety of breeds (Poodle, Schnauzer, Bichon, Yorkshire ecc..) Perfect if you want to build your own portfolio since day 1. The owner/teacher Tammy is really professional and passionate about her work. She does not just teach you how to groom a dog...Tammy is willing to help you (even after you graduate) to start your own business, helpd you with a lot of useful information about products, tools and where to purchase whatever you need. I will give my experience an 11 out 10, definitely worth it.”
