“Great place for lunch specials. We haven't had a bad meal here yet, and they supply cold water to the table free of charge. The staff are friendly and the meals are delivered to the table quickly. It really reminds us of when we lived in Asia, we keep going back”

“By far best sushi I have had. My husband and I use to live in ormiston and Sushi shack was our weekly visit to get their Spicy chicken sushi. Now we have moved to redland bay which is now a 25min drive to get to sushi shack... but we still do our weekly sushi trip for our spicy chicken sushi. Actually we are driving there right now hahaha.”

“We go here quite often. Service is fast, although can get busy during lunch times. If what we want isn't on the train, we order from the tablet available. You can also order drinks as well, which will be added onto you bill. Good selection of rolls, nigiri, mochi and other desserts and dishes. We also got Ramune lemonade for for kids, and water is also available. Atmosphere is warm and inviting, much like the staff :)”

“After traipsing around town searching for something vegan friendly with limited success ..we found this great laidback place. Guy at counter was friendly and super helpful and they had a great selection of Vegan Nori Rolls. They have little stickers on each roll to let you know which ones are Vegan and which ones are GF. Very reasonable pricing too. We will be back !”

“We tried the spicy ramen and curry karrage. The spicy ramen was really hot and really tasty. And the crunch of the chicken was great. We've been to other taro's ramen around Brisbane and the food is just as good but this venue was a little less busy. The staff were really nice.”
