Thankfully I asked GC Appliances to follow up with an onsite service call and their Technician solved the problem in less than 10 minutes. There was no need for any new parts. So, I am highly recommending this company for not only their service but also their honestly and all the assistance they provided by phone, mail and phone without charge.
