He gets a bit anxious going to the vets and really sooky after procedures but the girls made sure he was well looked after giving him bits of chicken and extra cuddles! “Just had my Pfizer shot and would like to comment on the professionalism and caring nature of the Receptionist and Nurse who administered the needle. I hate needles but I didn't feel a thing. !! Such a very busy Medical Centre but I can understand why, as the Doctors and Reception staff do their job so well. I have been there when the girls answer the phone constantly... apparently they get 500 calls per day.. Wow !! The girls are so patient and polite. I've never had any issues and I can't understand why people put in negative reviews. Keep up the good work Ormeau Town Centre Medical Centre.”

“Charmaine came highly recommended to us a few months ago, when we found ourselves at a bit of a loss "medically" with my daughter who had been suffering for approx 18 months with a variety of Anxiety type symptoms that were a little out of the ordinary. Charmaine made no promises of a "cure" but she was willing to give it 100% and was up for the challenge to help my daughter. From our very first visit, we felt very relaxed and my daughter was at ease (something that doesn't happen easily for her) so things looked promising.
