“I called up frantically trying to get into anywhere to get an ultrasound and from the moment Olivia picked up the phone she immediately made me feel at ease. After speaking with her I was offered to come sit and wait to see if I could get seen that day and I was just grateful for the kindness. Arriving at the office I was greeted by Emma who was also just as kind and caring as Olivia had been on the phone whilst checking me in and taking my details. I then was seen by Hung who did my ultrasound and was so kind as I was already so stressed and nervous. “Dr. Martin has been our family dentist for quite many years now. I feel he is very experienced dentist capable of handling tricky cases that usually require specialist. The kids and us have been happy with the experience we received so far. One example of tricky case was that my son had two extra front teeth a few years ago. We were referred by a different dentist to a child dental specialist (with 4.5+ google reviews) in Brisbane city and after first visit we was quoted around 2 grands plus requiring general anesthesia and fasting etc. It looked like a big surgery. Later we visited Dr. Martin for a 2nd opinion, to our surprise, he removed those two extra teeth on that day within around 20 minutes with local anesthesia. It saved us money and time. More importantly my son now have nice front teeth.”

“I have had many services done here and cannot fault them. People seem to forget, this is a TEACHING clinic, sometimes you may be a little put off by students ( 3rd or 4th year) but there are always supervisors there to speak to if you are concerned. So many ungrateful comments on here from people getting FREE dental.”

I was having a full blown anxiety attack today before getting an extraction done and was just terrified of the whole process… I walked out just now feeling so content and satisfied in my experience!
