After fronting the girls in person they reduced $hire of car extension as I was about to return car and get a cab. They were extremely apologetic and got me back in the car, same price as a taxi Budget needs to get info sorted that's given out....I was prepared to pay the normal full rental, so they nearly lost even the discounted value that the girls gave me.
