“Just completed handover of our Compass pool, delivered and installed by Waterstream. It's been a great experience throughout from the initial sale, through the installation and commissioning process, and now jumping in! We bought the pool on the basis of its quality, and we are incredibly impressed with the engineering and build quality of the product. The team has been excellent throughout, and with special thanks to Mike Tucker who was with us throughout the entire process from sale to handover. “This pool is somehow magical. Spring fed and unheated with a silky quality to the water. Pool spotless, facilities more than adequate and very friendly staff. It's a must visit for those who enjoy open air swimming.”

“Highly recommend Brighton Swimming School for child and adult swimming lessons and courses. My son has learnt to swim with BSS and I have had adult lessons and joined the pool2pier course. The swimming pool has now re-opened (post COVID-19 lockdown), with health-and-safety / social distancing measures in place. These are well organised, and we saw them being effectively implemented by staff. Staff are present to greet you when you arrive and take your temperature. Face masks are worn by adults and those 11 and over. There is a one-way route through the building, and a reduced number of people in the pool. Everything is very clean. My husband, myself and my son had a week intensive course in August 2020. We had a great (and exhausting) week!. Highlights have to be the staff, who really listen to what you want to achieve and adapt the lesson to meet your needs. They are skilled teachers, giving clear instructions and are really enthusiastic and positive about swimming, and we all made measurable progress. I think the best testament I can give you, comes from my son who, at the end of the week, asked me to book more swimming lessons.”

“Centre for all forms of youth cricket. Nice facilties, space on the viewing gallery for about 20 people. Outside pitch is, as would be expected, really well maintained, plenty of room for spectators.”

“Went back to my outdoor swimming tonight. Faversham has adults only 'Sunset Swims' 3 nights of the week. The water is about 24 degrees, so bearable even on cold rainy wintry nights. The sessions are £6 for an hour, and it is very easy to book online. There is a car park right by the pools which is free after 6pm.”

“Cafe ladies always friendly and helpful, come here just for cafe with kids sometimes as very children friendly. More healthy options and non dairy milk latte etc options would be a good improvement as lacks that currently. General facilities good value. Only issue was when baby changing toilet was out of order for ages and only alternative upstairs which difficult with pram etc.”

“We purchased our enclosure 2 years ago this month. We live in a wooded area and the pool required daily cleaning. The pool enclosure keeps the pool sparkling clean and we were able to reduce the amount of chemicals and cut the pump running time in half. Balance in the pool has remained very constant. What a pleasure to use. Also we have extended use by one month in the fall and one month earlier in the spring.”

“I am a late to freestyle swimmer and have only been swimming 3 years from scratch. I had the opportunity to have a coaching session with Marianne Clark recently and she was just superb. To be honest I was nervous, even the at words 'Performance Centre' made me think I shouldn't be here, but there I was sitting on the doorstep clutching my swim kit. Immediately Marianne welcomed me in with such ease and friendliness and I instantly relaxed in the very personal space they have at Swim Lanes.I'd had a lot of lessons previously and was familiar with the theory but I knew my stroke was inefficient. Without getting over tired in a 90 mins session, Marriane described my faults in bite sized chunks and in a manner which enabled me to understand the 'why' it was wrong and 'how' to fix my technique, it made complete sense, in a way that had not translated so clearly before. Really impressed with the set up and teaching methodology. I walked away inspired and rejuvinated from my flagging technique and with an action plan and video to guide me through. I can thoroughly recommend Marianne as a coach and particularly for her excellent communication skills and analysis and for a 'go' in the endless pool facility (the underwater mirror is an excellent tool for instant feedback) to anyone, at any swim level. I will be back. Thank you to Marianne and to Swimtrek.”
