“We originally called Pro Plumb & Sons as we needed a plumber in an emergency to address a leaking boiler. Cyrus promptly turned up on the day I called and gave us an explaination as well as suggestions for a temporary fix until the main issue could be resolved. We found him to be extremely polite, friendly and knoweldgable and he (and his team) will be at the front of the queue for any future heating issues. Recommended.”

“We called out Ash on Saturday afternoon after finding out our boiler was leaking. He came within an hour and a half and quickly located the issue and stopped the leak. He then laid out the options we had and the prices. We decided it was best to get a new boiler which he installed on the Monday. He was very professional, friendly and communicative. He installed the boiler swiftly and neatly. He also came back to fix our shelf which had accidentally broken too which was great. I would definitely recommend Ash to anyone and will be using him in the future.”

Via phone calls, emails and in person..Leah answered all my questions and put me at ease about turning up to collecting my car afterwards...I was impressed by how quickly they fitted my car in, and how smooth the whole process was. Even if your car is years old and has never been washed (or worse: has been washed by the dealership!) it will come out of Kamil’s workshop looking better than it did from the factory.”

The team have been amazing when I was really stressed about not being able to afford repairing my car as Admiral decided they would write it off because it would cost too much they gave me a very reasonable offer which means I was better off! They then helped me understand the process of what's going to happen next with car insurance better than Admiral did themselves. I have been back to Andy and the team several times afterwards and sometimes even with no appointment and close to closing time and they were able to help me.
