"Amazing homemade traditional polish food from a friendly polish family run cosy café , huge portions for the price ( I had to take it home) . I tried the pigeon a.k.a Gołąbki ( gowomkee) cabbage rolls with meat filling and mash. The free homemade drink that comes with it is so light and fresh. The owners are very helpful chatty and welcoming. The menu is in polish but they explain everything to you in English. You can also download an app I use called ' scanandtranslate' to take a photo of the menu and it translates to your language of choice. Next I'll be trying the pork schnitzel it looks amazing. Its walkable from the city centre 10-15 minutes walk. Will definitely be back. Just before I left I was given a beautiful portion of goulash to try and wow.. Thick chunks of beef and rich sauce. I was also shown the hash brown style pancakes I am trying next time.... I will make my way through all this menu I am sure. I'm glad i left a tip it was so worth it."

"Abandon cheap takeaways and patronise this place! Literally the best restaurant I have been to in the UK so far. Every dish was fresh, made with care and well-balanced in flavour. Huge portions (come with an empty stomach). Very cheap -- considering portion size and quality. Owners are very friendly. I would give it 7 stars if I could"
