"I ask one employee to open the restroom for me and she said “they are closed” then I saw one cashier getting out from the restroom and ask her if I can use the restroom. She literally close the door in my face and told me “they are closed” HOW? If she was inside and it was perfectly fine. She was so rude and the restroom should be open so we can take more time at the shopping. She was very rude."
