"When you walk into a store and are excited to buy items… But then the shop keeper tells you “well it depends on your income” when you comment on a price of hat…service was terrible! To clarify, nothing in my review was said out of context. As I mentioned directly to you in the store, you should highlight the artisanal nature of the product instead of making a non American who doesnt look like you feel less than in your store. Your ‘personal bad day’ context is not the onus of your customers. Wish you have better personal days ahead so it does not impede on your customer service."
