"Great experience picking up the vehicle with my reservation but the drop off was terrible. I came in around closing time to see about 5 people working behind the counter and I wasn't even greeted or helped in any way. There was literally a dog standing in the middle of the lobby and the workers were very rude and short. I was talked to like I was dumb and treated like a criminal. They locked the front door 5 minutes before close knowing I was coming back inside to drop off my keys. It's like a big unfuctional family working behind the register who could care less about the customers infront of them. I will not be back to this location."
"The people (and dogs) that operate this location are the best! They’re friendly, kind, and helpful, and they even give you jerky to feed their cute pup. The place just has a good vibe overall and I use this UHaul location whenever I need to rent a a vehicle for moving."
"We booked a U-haul at a different location but didn't receive a dolly or blankets with our truck, so we stopped at this location and Rod helped us even though he wasn't obligated to.
