"RUN RUN RUN!!!! I believe that any good reviews for this place has to be from people who don’t actually live here or are very new. In the 8 months I’ve lived here, there has been 6 unit inspections. That’s more than any other complex I’ve ever lived at. I think they are so broke they are trying to charge tenants for any little violation they can find. When considering the state of the complex (pictures included), units should be the last thing on their mind. Living here has to be the most infuriating experience I’ve ever had. They do a great job at tricking you to sign a lease and that’s about it. Constant changes that you have no control over, there’s always a mess everywhere so say goodbye to the luxury experience, the front desk is always empty so it’s impossible to get in touch with management. Their main selling point was access to Club X for residents (free fitness classes, events, bar/restaurant/etc.) Residents are now stuck paying the same rent but almost all of these amenities have been discontinued. Free fitness classes are one of the main reasons I chose to live here (free pilates for residents/members) and I’m now stuck in a lease I don’t want and no change on the rent rate. Don’t even get me started on management. A few good employees but management couldn’t care less and leave their residents with awful experiences. Oh and they fired security and are now charging $50 if you get locked out of your unit. Any current residents, please contact me because there has to be SOMETHING we can do."

"Overall I've had a good experience here. Yes there are hits and missed with some of the utensils, plates, bowls, and cups. However those can be looked passed. Staff has been mostly helpful and I haven't had any issues getting things done if needed. Is it the perfect place no. However it is a cool environment to be around and live in. I understand everyone's experiences will be different. I look forward to the building being finished even tho construction has stopped. But I look forward to having more amenities as some events aren't happening as much currently. The staff also helped me refer a friend and it was a very simple process so I highly recommend doing so."

"I am finally writing my review of this place. We moved into X Phoenix and our “furnished apartment” was very dirty including fecal matter stains in the toilet, rusty knives, coffee stains in the mug, pubes on the mattress pad and the bathroom floor was caked with filth. We told Gilbert to come into the apartment and I said the bathroom is filthy and the floor is gross and he said “well it was way worse before and this is as good as it’s going to get.” We also showed him the stains in the toilet and he was like, “that’s not poop.” In addition we were told we were getting a new mattress pad and pillows before move in and we told him this and he said, “well why would you think you’d get a new one, who told you that.” He dismissed any of our concerns and pretty much told us to deal with it. This place is marketed as the premium place in Phoenix yet the manager is telling us to deal with a dirty bathroom. And on the 10th floor there were constant puddles of dog pee. We also didn’t get the 20 hangers and our TV wasn’t even plugged in and there’s no remote. There was constant dog pee in the hallways. We didn’t have working AC in our apartment for a week and our dog was panting because of this. So they put a portable unit in our apartment for the “fix” but the apartment stayed at above 80. Keep in mind this was in the middle of summer. Temps between 110-120. When I went down to complain about the AC issue one of the people working there was like spin around before I answer your question. Was very unprofessional. Who asks someone to spin around before they answer your question! If you unfortunately sign a lease, good luck getting in contact with anyone. Once you sign the lease you will be ghosted and no one will be available to talk. They care more about events than their tenants. They can coordinate quavo and meek mill to come for the superbowl but can’t fix tenants issues. If you’re debating to move here read the reviews closely and pay attention to the common themes. Would have saved me a lot of money and headaches. Horrible experience."

"Building is nicer than many 5 start hotels and staff is super friendly. I've made more friends here in the last month than I've made during four years in college as a result of the many fun community events and classes. And the fit and finish of the actual units is top-notch. Something that stood out to me was the care taken to align the wall tiles with the floor tiles in the shower. As for the many negative reviews, high noise levels seem to be a recurring complaint because phase 2 is under construction right next door. I don't find the noise to be bothersome, but if you are bothered by construction noise, perhaps you should consider not moving into a building next to a construction site. To conclude on a positive note, if you're looking for an ultra-modern apartment complex that has unmatched amenities, has daily wellness and social events, and is centrally located in downtown Phoenix, look no further!"
